To request to see Mrs. Cooper, Mr. Vellenga, or Miss Carter you will need to fill out a Request Form in the Guidance Office. Every effort will be made to call you out of your next available ELC. If you are experiencing an emergency or working against a fast-approaching deadline, please indicate so on your request form.
